Wannabe was the Spice Girls' first single, out in the summer of 1996, and the video is one unbroken take through the old Midland Grand Hotel at St Pancras, the five of them running the length of a black-tie party until there is not much party left. Geri Halliwell is Ginger Spice, and the figure catches her as she appears in that shoot.
