What We Do
J5 Collectibles LLC is an online retailer of new licensed pop-culture collectibles sold to customers in the United States. Every listing shows the manufacturer brand, the product title, the price, photographs, a bulleted list of verified specifications, the GTIN and SKU, a condition of New, and a link to our 6-month warranty.
Our catalog covers Funko Pop vinyl figures, factory-sealed trading card boxes, licensed jewelry, Loungefly bags and card holders, and collectible toys.
We carry products from Funko, Loungefly, LEGO, Hasbro, Panini America, Upper Deck, McFarlane Toys, Jada Toys, Cardsmiths and SalesOne.
When you place an order, payment is collected securely through Shopify Payments. We fulfill and ship to the address you provide. Order confirmation and tracking are emailed to you. Our Track order page explains what each carrier status means; use the tracking link in your dispatch email to check the parcel. You can also ask us to cancel an order that has not yet dispatched — our Cancel order page explains how to send the request and by when.
Payments
Checkout is powered by Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. We do not store full card details on our servers. Prices on product pages and in our Google product feed are shown in USD ($) and are the prices charged at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.

Returns and Refunds
30 days from delivery to request a return on eligible items in new and unused condition for change-of-mind returns — that condition standard does not apply to a defective, damaged, wrong, or not-as-described item. Returns are free. Email us first for an RMA number, then use the prepaid return label already in your package. There is no restocking fee, and we do not deduct the outbound shipping we absorbed. Exchanges are accepted. If a change-of-mind return fails inspection, we can ship the item back to you at your cost within 14 days.
Refunds are issued through Shopify Payments to the original payment method, within 5–10 business days of your returned item being inspected. That timing covers returned items. Warranty
We give our own written J5 Collectibles LLC Limited Warranty, which runs for 6 months from delivery, with the first 30 days sitting inside that same 6 months. It is our own store warranty, not a manufacturer's warranty — nothing we sell carries a manufacturer's warranty, so ours is the only warranty on your item. For the whole 6 months you deal with us directly: report a defect and you get a free replacement or a full refund — your choice in the first 30 days, at our option after that — with a prepaid label and no restocking fee. Product Authenticity
We sell new products exactly as described on each product page, which shows the manufacturer brand, the product title, and the condition. We do not sell counterfeits: Product Authenticity.
