J5 Collectibles LLC is an online retailer of new licensed pop-culture collectibles, run from 501 S. Alamo Rd., Suite 105, Alamo, TX 78516, United States. We are a family business and the shelf is small on purpose: we buy what we would keep ourselves.

What we sell

Funko Pop vinyl figures, factory-sealed trading card boxes, licensed jewelry, Loungefly bags and card holders, and collectible toys. We stock Funko, Loungefly, LEGO, Hasbro, Panini America, Upper Deck, McFarlane Toys, Jada Toys, Cardsmiths and SalesOne.

Everything is new and in its original packaging. We are not an authorized dealer for any of these brands, and we do not describe ourselves as one. What we are is a retailer that stands behind what it sells — see our Product Authenticity policy and our Warranty.

How we ship

Free UPS shipping anywhere in the United States. Orders leave in 1–2 business days and take 3–7 in transit, so 4–9 business days in total. Every order is a small parcel, packed with fill so corners and window boxes arrive straight.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery. Returns are free and the prepaid label is already in your package — email us first for an RMA number. Exchanges are accepted and there is no restocking fee. Once your return has been inspected, within 2 business days of reaching us, the refund is issued in 5–10 business days.
